Band Spotlight: Rogue Wave

History: Zach Schwartz decided to start Rogue Wave after his dot.com job failed. Schwartz, as a result, changed his name to Zach Rogue. He was formerly a guitarist in a Cali indie band called The Desoto Reds before he met up with his mates and started roguing it up. A bad break for the band came in 2006 when they were released from Sub Pop records.

    "Kicking the Heart Out" is extremely catchy. Haha, "roguing it up." Haha, "they were released from Sub Pop records...." what is Sup Pop a prison now? lol.
