Think This?


Drivers could be awarded 'positive' points to offset endorsements under a new action plan designed to improve road safety and traffic flows.

A Conservative think-tank has put together the package of ideas which could mean that drivers could cancel out penalty points for speeding or other minor offences.

See, this is from Channel4 in Britain, where they spell words like "offences" correctly.
