MELROSE — Democrat Katherine Clark on Tuesday cruised into the state House of Representatives’ vacant 32nd Middlesex seat, besting Republican Realtor Mark Hutchinson in every Melrose precinct and in all four of those in the Greenwood and West Side neighborhoods of Wakefield.
