Band: Lone
Release: 2009
Comments: "Sharpest View of the Sun" is electro-video game-esque. It reminds me of collecting gold coins in the Mario series with a soundtrack on Ridge Racers playing in the background. "Fly Fire Rainbow" would be great for a workout. There's again some video game elements -- maybe this track would work well on Virtua Tennis or the like. "A Ridge Between Mountains" right from the get-go is prime material for Ridge Racers. Even more so than the first track. "Midnight Feast" is almost Radiohead, but it's too electro to justify my comparison. Slightly boring. Overall, I'm impressed with this EP.
