Governor Deval Patrick has announced the formation of the Statewide Youth Council which will be comprised of 28 young people ages 14 to 18 representing the 14 counties in the Commonwealth, with two representatives per county.
It's three in the morning. The phone rings. The representative who picks it up has no idea how to handle the situation. If you want student representatives with experience, pick Beth Caron and Edelisse Nelson.
