A military jury gave Osama bin Laden's driver a stunningly lenient sentence on Thursday, making him eligible for release in just five months despite the prosecutors' request for a sentence tough enough to frighten terrorists around the globe.Again, he was JUST the driver.
Salim Hamdan's sentence of 5 1/2 years, including five years and a month already served at Guantanamo Bay, fell far short of the 30 years to life that prosecutors wanted.

I'd like to add a comment...do these prosecutors know that the terrorists are willing to die for their cause? These maniacs don't care what kind of punishment they get.
ReplyDeleteIn other words, I'm not convinced that these terrorists would MIND going to jail for their crimes.
ReplyDeleteHe's the goddamn driver. Did Hitler's driver commit genocide? Did Pol Pot's? I bet Castro's driver regularly infringes on human rights.
ReplyDeleteWe created some of these basketcases by playing world police and now they're crawling out of the woodwork and they're pissed.
