He is famous for the "chump line" which is a daily playback of listener generated voice mail. WEEI stole the concept and turned the Chump Line into the now famous "Whiner Line."
I am happy that Carr is back. I usually only listen to him in the summertime, but since he is back I will probably be tuning in some more.
