Colonel Connelly Park to get upgrade

WAKEFIELD - Phase I of the Colonel Connelly Park improvement project is expected
to commence in the spring of 2008 and will be completed by June 30 of next year,
according to DPW Director Richard Stinson.
Phase I is budgeted at $71,000. Workers will remove paved parking areas and replace paved paths with "stone dust", according to Stinson and Town Engineer Michael Collins. 5,800 square feet of grass surface will be added to the park, and 5,000 square feet of impervious surface removed.
