WAKEFIELD - Phase I of the Colonel Connelly Park improvement project is expectedPhase I is budgeted at $71,000. Workers will remove paved parking areas and replace paved paths with "stone dust", according to Stinson and Town Engineer Michael Collins. 5,800 square feet of grass surface will be added to the park, and 5,000 square feet of impervious surface removed.
