UNITED NATIONS, Jan. 14 (Xinhua) -- Officials of the United Nations-African Union Mission in Darfur (UNAMID) and the Sudanese government started negotiations Monday in Khartoum on the deployment and operations of the U.N.-AU hybrid peacekeeping force, a U.N. spokesperson said Monday.
Nice to see even a tease of progress concerning this mission.
