Richardson touts Iraq diplomacy

WASHINGTON (AP) — Bill Richardson, who often cites his diplomatic experience as he campaigns for president, began airing an ad Monday featuring praise from two Americans he helped free from prison in Iraq.

Richardson traveled to Baghdad, met with Saddam, and negotiated the release of these two men, Bil Barloon and David Daliberti. He's certainly not a front-runner, but I like Richardson...granted, I'll take anyone over George W. Bush, but Richardson's one of my favorite candidates. He's much more explicit about Iraq than the others.
