The State Department signed a maritime pact with Mongolia. No, really.

WASHINGTON (AP) - Somebody should have looked at a map.

The State Department with great fanfare on Tuesday signed an agreement with landlocked Mongolia that will allow Mongolian ships to be boarded and searched if they are suspected of carrying weapons of mass destruction.

Did you see that word in between "with" and "Mongolia"? LANDLOCKED. Mongolia has no navy at all and lies thousands of miles from open waters. Ah, the stupidity of the State Department! They should all leave America and spend the rest of their lives in the Mongolian city of Mörön.
