1,000 Contract Bug, 90 Dead In UK

  • More than 1,000 patients at three UK hospital contract bug, 90 cases fatal
  • Report cites staff not washing hands, lack of cleanliness among other factors
  • Police are now looking at report with a view to pursuing prosecutions
  • Hospital super bug rates rocketing in the UK, increasing eight-fold since the 1990s

The blame is on the hospitals for not having enough money to catch the bug early.
