Biden and Brownback team up

On Friday, Republican presidential candidate Sam Brownback and Democratic candidate Joe Biden will hold what the Biden camp is calling an "unprecedented bipartisan summit" to discuss their plans for Iraq.

The two sponsored an amendment passed by the Senate two weeks ago that calls for Iraq to be split into three states overseen by a decentralized government. I'm guessing this will split up the Sunnis, Shi'ites, and Kurds...thus ending the violence? Maybe? We hope?
