Dark Chocolate Is Healthier for You

Dark Chocolate maybe healthier for you than milk chocolate, according to a team of scientists.

Researchers in Scotland and Italy say dark chocolate has much better anti-oxidant properties.

This means that it can protect the heart and arteries from oxidative damage, similar to the rust that develops on metal over time.

This however, does not mean you can start eating 10 bars of dark chocolate each day. It just means that the right kind of serving can benefit your everyday life style. Scientists also suggested that chocolate may help to protect against heart disease and even cancer. That also does not mean chocolate is the cure for cancer. One or two servings per day might decrease your chance of gaining cancer in the future.

Remember, the researchers said dark chocolate "might be" healthier for you, they aren't really 100% sure.
